About the Course
This 8-week online programme introduces teenagers (ages 14–16) to the world of artificial intelligence in a way that is creative, ethical, and practical.
Designed for young people who are curious about the future but won’t necessarily learn this at school, the course combines hands-on exploration with real-world projects.
Students will:
Discover what AI is (and isn’t), how it “thinks,” and how it shapes our everyday lives.
Learn to use generative AI tools safely and effectively, from text to images.
Practice creating strong prompts, checking outputs, and spotting misinformation.
Explore the big questions around AI ethics, bias, and privacy through case studies and debates.
Understand AI’s role in industry, society, and future careers.
Develop future-ready skills for employability in an AI-driven world.
At the heart of the course is a personal project: each student designs and presents an AI-assisted solution to a real-world challenge that matters to them. Along the way, they keep a project journal, apply ethical frameworks, test tools, and receive peer and instructor feedback.
The journey ends with a showcase presentation, where students share their projects, reflect on their learning, and create a personal roadmap for how they will use AI responsibly in their own lives.
By the end, students will not only understand how AI works — they’ll be ready to use it with confidence, creativity, and purpose.
