About the Course
RISE FOUNDERS 14–16:
Build, Brand & Launch Your Future
This 16-week interactive programme is designed for curious, creative, and ambitious young people ready to think differently about their future.
At this stage, students begin to develop real-world business skills—learning how to identify needs in their community, craft meaningful solutions, and turn ideas into ventures. They’ll explore everything from storytelling and branding to digital tools like Canva and AI to enhance their business models.
This isn’t just about learning how to start a business—it’s about becoming a leader. Learners will build confidence, practise public speaking and pitching, work in teams, and start to understand financial literacy, marketing psychology, and how to design a product or service that truly connects.
Each week blends project-based learning, reflective mindset coaching, and entrepreneurial skill-building to nurture young changemakers ready to shape the world around them.
By the end of the programme, each student will have:
A validated business idea
A personal brand identity
Marketing materials and visuals
A pitch deck and delivery skills
An understanding of revenue, costs, and break-even
A place in the global RISE FOUNDERS network of young entrepreneurs

This course was created by Tirzah Bagnulo, an international educator, experienced Teacher, Leadership coach, and Entrepreneur, passionate about redesigning education so it actually prepares young people for life—not just exams.
With a background in business, innovation, and neuroscience, Tirzah has worked across schools and systems worldwide, helping both young people and educators unlock confidence, creativity, and future-ready thinking.
