My name is Tirzah Elese. I am a global educator, visionary leader, and advocate for transformative change within the educational landscape.
With a rich tapestry of life experiences that span continents and cultures, Tirzah brings a unique perspective to the forefront of educational reform.
Tirzah's journey is one of resilience, innovation, and a deep-seated commitment to making education relevant, empowering and authentic for each individual. Armed with degrees in Education and a master's in Leadership, she is not just an academic but a trailblazer who seeks to solve the most daunting challenges facing education today. Led Education and Inclusion teams for the Department for Education, founder of ‘Making Learning Visible’ and successful changed policies and practices in Schools and Colleges for over 15 years.
Tirzah's work is driven by the conviction that every child deserves an education that is rooted in dignity, enriched by diversity, and tailored to their unique journey. She is dedicated to fostering an educational culture that embraces technological advancements, incorporates multicultural perspectives, and prepares students not just for the tests they will take, but for the challenges they will face in life.
Our Story
One day, at a casual barbecue gathering, a heartfelt conversation unfolded between a father and his son.During the excitment of learning to cook a whole fish on the grill, the son shared his frustrations about school life, feeling unchallenged and unmotivated by the traditional education system.
Listening intently to her son's aspirations and concerns, the father stated ‘I really wish there was a place where my son could learn and master what he really needs and interested in, alongside me and other professionals. He would gain the skills he really needs and be happy doing it”.
Inspired by this conversation, Tirzah, a seasoned education professional, embarked on a mission to create such a space. With a vision to nurture the aspirations of young minds and provide a supportive environment for growth and learning, Connect Hub was born.
And so, from that fateful barbecue conversation emerged a beacon of opportunity and innovation, where young learners and professionals alike could come together to study, work, and thrive in pursuit of their dreams.
