Why Tirzah?

Tired of training that doesn't stick? My approach is rooted in 15 years of dedicated study into the neuroscience of the learning brain, ensuring that every training session is designed for lasting impact and genuine transformation within your school.

I offer practical, evidence-based strategies that I've personally seen succeed in numerous educational settings. Invest in training that moves beyond theory, providing your staff with the skills and insights to make a real difference and leave a positive mark on your students and your school's future.

Education today isn’t about delivering content—it’s about unlocking the brain’s potential to think, solve, create, and lead in a world we can’t yet imagine.

If we’re still using outdated methods to prepare students for an unknown future, we’re not educating—we’re just informing.

True education builds minds that are curious, resilient, and ready to shape what comes next.

Making Learning Visible

Changing the Education and Teaching Paradigms

Not another project. A learning revolution.  Because Education NEEDS to CHANGE!

Making Learning Visible rewrites how we view the school day, learning and teaching models, and the child.

It equips educators to make learning & attainment visible, make thinking visible, and—most powerfully—make children believe they can learn, lead, and love learning again.

A Forward-Thinking Framework, Underpinned by the Neuroscience of Motivation and Learning

Teaching how the Brain Learns in order to bring about positive Mental Health, Behaviour, Engagement, Attainment & a Love for Life-Long Learning.

We Don't need any more Add-On's

No More 'Thinking Outside the Box'

No more Stress to bring another 'fix all' intervention

No More Time - No More Resources - No more Tollerance

We are burning the box, getting rid of the layers and boldly doing it Completely differently -- the way we KNOW it should be ...  'CAUSE WE CAN!

Making Learning Visible is not another initiative, policy tweak, or Friday enrichment task.

It is a 360° reimagining of curriculum delivery, to bring education into the modern century — Underpinned by Neuroscience and Harvard Research - where children’s brains, not bureaucracies, shape the learning.

This is not about teaching more. It’s about teaching differently—in a way that aligns with how the brain actually learns: through inquiry, movement, relevance, and relationships.

But here is the real Win ... Students STILL achieve their high grades and beyond

Why this Matters...

We know our Education System is Broken and Archeic

Our current system delivers content that is NOT Useful to Today's World.

It does not deliver curiosity, mastery, or mental well-being and is NOT Relevant.Children will be graduating into a world that they won't recognise from their 'education'

AI, Tech, Global Communicaiton, Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Life -Skills will be what is required of them... Not Algebra... there's an APP for that!

To many Young People leaving education thinking they are 'Special Needs', 'Not good at Learning'

Tirzah has experience and success in developing training for schools in order to support them to  develop their special educational needs offer and ensure that the needs of these children are met.

Between 2018 and 2019 Tirzah led a DfE funding bid to secure funding for a borough led initiative / accreditation to support the mental health and well-being of young people through the SCERTS project.

Her commitment to improving opportunities for Hillingdon children with special needs was inspirational and her work ethic drove the project forward.

Her impact on my school is evident today as we have implemented many aspects of her work and when the children use the vocabulary around the zones of regulation, I am always reminded of the work she did to implement this in Hillingdon.

Tirzah is conscientious, highly committed and full of enthusiasm for improving opportunities for young people and I am willing to be contacted if any further information is required.
