Why I Do What I Do:

My work is all about helping children, teens—and the people who support them—thrive. I do that by helping schools and educators understand how each learner’s brain works best, and how to stretch their potential without stress or pressure.

With over 15 years of deep study into how the brain learns, I focus on making learning stick—not just for the test, but for life. My sessions are hands-on, interactive, and always led by you, the educator. I create the space for you to think deeper, challenge the usual ways of doing things, and come away with ideas that really matter.

I share practical, evidence-based strategies that I’ve seen work in real schools with real students. This isn’t theory for theory’s sake—it’s training that helps you solve the tough stuff and make a real difference in your classroom or your whole school.

It’s time to bring education into the 21st century—where every learner can grow, feel seen, and thrive.

For a quarter of a century, I've been dedicated to crafting training that truly resonates with the realities of the education sector.

My extensive background, including 13 years as the Director of Inclusion and Attainment for the UK Government and the successful implementation of three whole-school change programmes across hundreds of schools, provides a deep and practical understanding of your challenges.

This experience, coupled with a Masters in Leadership and Management and 12 years as a teacher and Chair of Governors, ensures that the content is not just theoretical but directly informed by the demands of your daily work.

Tirzah has experience and success in developing training for schools in order to support them to develop their special educational needs offer and ensure that the needs of these children are met.

Between 2018 and 2019 Tirzah led a DfE funding bid to secure funding for a borough led initiative / accreditation to support the mental health and well-being of young people through the SCERTS project.

Her commitment to improving opportunities for Hillingdon children with special needs was inspirational and her work ethic drove the project forward.

Her impact on my school is evident today as we have implemented many aspects of her work and when the children use the vocabulary around the zones of regulation, I am always reminded of the work she did to implement this in Hillingdon.
